Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using AutoCalc Pro India ("the Service", "we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the Service.
Use of the service
AutoCalc Pro India provides free online calculators and related educational content about automobiles. You may use the Service for your personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law.
- Attempt to disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the Service or its infrastructure.
- Scrape, republish, or resell substantial portions of the site's content or calculators without permission.
Informational purposes only
All calculators, results, figures, and content on AutoCalc Pro India are provided for general informational and educational purposes only. They are intended to give you a helpful estimate and a clearer understanding of the underlying math - not a definitive or binding figure.
Not professional advice
AutoCalc Pro India does not provide financial, tax, legal, insurance, or mechanical advice. Results should not be relied upon as a substitute for consultation with a qualified professional - such as a bank or NBFC loan officer, chartered accountant, insurance agent, or authorized service center - who can consider your specific circumstances. Always verify important figures (for example loan terms, RTO/road tax, GST, or towing limits) with the relevant provider or your vehicle's documentation before making a decision.
Accuracy & estimates
Our calculators use standard formulas and reasonable default assumptions, but real-world results vary. Interest rates, fuel prices, depreciation curves, insurance premiums, RTO/road tax, GST, and manufacturer specifications change over time and differ by lender, state, and individual. We strive for accuracy but do not warrant that any result is error-free, current, or applicable to your situation.
Intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, the design, text, code, and original content of AutoCalc Pro India are the property of AutoCalc Pro and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may share links to our pages freely. You may not copy, reproduce, or create derivative works from the site's proprietary content without prior written permission.
Third-party links & advertising
The Service may contain advertising and links to third-party websites, products, or services, including affiliate links from which we may earn a commission. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party site. Inclusion of any link or ad does not imply our endorsement. Your dealings with third parties are solely between you and them.
Disclaimer of warranties
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, AutoCalc Pro India and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of money, profits, or data, arising from your use of - or inability to use - the Service or reliance on any result it produces. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the Service is to stop using it.
Changes to these terms
We may revise these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes take effect when posted, and the "Last updated" date will be revised. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
